Deposit and cancellation Half the build fee is due to start and is non-refundable — it pays for the build itself, which begins the day it clears. The second half is due when it goes live. The monthly fee starts the month after launch and either of us can end it with 30 days' written notice. Everything runs on accounts in your name, so if you leave, you keep it all.
